Key Responsibilities
Record and update all
hearing and mention dates
in the lawyer's diary/calendar accurately and promptly.
Handle e-filing and proper record ine-Denning system and RDNAS
Manage and monitor incoming emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and proper routing.
Organize, manage, and maintain legal documents, including serving, filing, compiling, and preparing necessary bundles.
Attend to clients, court officers, and visitors when the lawyer is unavailable or attending court.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the legal department.
Job Requirements
Experience in
litigation support
or
administrative work
is an advantage;
fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Possess a
Diploma or Degree
in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies, Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent).
Proficient in
computer skills
, including
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
, email systems, and able to navigate online meeting platforms.
A
fast learner
with good organizational skills and the ability to
multitask
effectively.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive working attitude.
