Job Description
i) Familiar with Conveyancing matters (Project, subsale, Loan Documentation)
ii) Attend signing and meeting with clients
iii) Liaise with clients, developers, bankers, property agents and lawyers
iv) Able to multitask and possess good analytical and communication skills
v) Able to work under pressure and carry out regular research and provide legal updates on current legal issues.
