Job Description

Our client is a well-established and dynamic legal firm known for its strategic, client-focused, and results-driven approach in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and advisory work.

Responsibilities

1) Handle a full spectrum of litigation matters from case initiation to completion.

2) Draft, prepare and review pleadings, cause papers, affidavits, submissions and related legal documents.

3) Conduct legal research and provide sound advice on various legal and procedural issues.

4) Attend court hearings, trials, case managements and mediations.

5) Manage and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

1) Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent.

2) Admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

3) 3 to 7 years of solid litigation experience in a law firm environment.

4) Experience handling clients or matters involving cross-border or Chinese-speaking clients is an advantage.

5) Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with clients from China).

6) Excellent client-handling and interpersonal abilities.

7) Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
