Role & Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload under the guidance of senior partners Draft pleadings, affidavits, legal opinions, and submissions Attend case managements, hearings, trials, and mediations Maintain proactive communication with clients and court officers Supervise clerks or interns where required Update case tracking systems (Trello, OneDrive, WhatsApp team comms)

Requirements

2-4 years post-qualified experience (PQE) in civil/family litigation Good drafting and oral advocacy skills Solid knowledge of procedural rules, timelines, and litigation strategy Familiar with e-Court/e-Filing and digital file management Highly responsible, organised, and proactive in case progression Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
