Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3-5 years in customer service, live chat support, inside sales.
• Need to have Inside Sales experience from IT.
• Understanding of IT products, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
• 5 working days: Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Live Chat Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries about IT products, services, or promotions in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead Qualification & Conversion: Record all relevant client details and conversation summaries in the CRM system.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in chat communication.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align on promotions, campaigns, and new product information.
