Requirements

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Familiar in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & etc).
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Kip & Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities

• Assist in Tik Tok and Live sales process orders and handle any sales-related operation documentation.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to maintain excellent customer relations.
• Assist and support in online and offline events.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as required.
• Act as a liaison between the business development team and other departments to ensure timely communication and execution of tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills all level of employees.
