• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in live broadcasting, event management, or customer support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in live streaming platforms, virtual event tools, and basic troubleshooting.
• A positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of materials, scripts, and visuals for live events.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure technical setup and equipment are ready for each live session.
• Conduct rehearsals with hosts to review content and timing.
• Monitor live chat, comments, and feedback during broadcasts, providing timely responses and engaging with the audience.
• Manage virtual queues, polls, and interactive features to encourage audience participation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the live experience.
• Gather feedback from hosts and audience members to identify areas for improvement.
• Compile analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the success of each live session.
• Assist in creating post-event reports and summaries for internal review.
