Ezcare Warranty is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Tiktok

Live Host

to join our dynamic sales team. As a Tiktok Live Host, you will be responsible for hosting live video streams on the Tiktok & Facebook platform, showcasing our products and services to a wide audience. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Baru Bangi/Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Selangor office.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Live Streaming as a Host on various online platforms (Tiktok & Facebook) on a daily basis Introduce, promote and demonstrate our products & services during Live Streaming Interact and engage with online audiences, provide professional advice and answer enquiries during Live Streaming Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases during Live Streaming Responsible for content creation, planning and execution of short videos on TikTok, Facebook etc Encourage audience participation by organising interactive activities, challenges and giveaway during livestream

Requirements:

Age:

30 years and below

Language:

Fluent in

Malay

and

English

Experience:

Minimum 1 year

or more experience in Live Hosting experience or experience in producing own Reels / Stories / Videos is a plus

Prior experience as a TikTok content creator, social media influencer or live stream host is a plus

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role

Skills:

Dynamic, confident, and engaging personality with a flair for creativity and positivity Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malay and English Fun, cheerful personality with the ability to engage audiences A positive, service-oriented and professional attitude towards customers always Representable and dressed appropriately for events (your appearance reflects the brand) Able to commit live host schedule with consistent and stable attendance Able to work under minimal supervision and able to multi-task Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience
