As our live commerce operations scale, we are looking for a driven, organized, and performance-focused individual to join our team as a Live Host Coordinator.

This role focuses on managing, developing, and optimizing live host performance across multiple platforms, while ensuring every live session runs smoothly, professionally, and meets business targets.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in leadership, data-driven, and experienced in coordinating people, schedules, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Host Management & Development
Manage the full cycle of live host operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Develop selling guidelines, scripts, host SOPs, and performance standards.
Monitor host attendance, discipline, professionalism, and work ethics.
Motivate, coach, and guide hosts to improve engagement, conversion, and sales results.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance improvement planning.
Live Content Planning & Strategy
Plan weekly and monthly live schedules aligned with campaigns, launches, and promotions.
Prepare live session themes, product lists, key selling points, pricing, vouchers, and promotions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure live content supports overall business objectives.
Ensure all live content aligns with brand image, tone, and messaging.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including sales, viewers, engagement, conversion rate, and retention.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Develop structured performance reports for management.
Implement improvement plans to increase sales and live effectiveness.
Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with hosts, moderators, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth live execution.
Coordinate product availability, promotions, and campaign objectives.
Handle operational issues during live sessions swiftly and professionally.
Platform Management & Compliance
Oversee live sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
Ensure all content follows platform rules, company policies, and brand guidelines.
Maintain high-energy, professional, and positive brand representation at all times.
Candidate Profile:
Fresh Grade, Internship or 1 years experience in live commerce, sales coordination, content management, or people management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiar with TikTok Live/Shopee Live/Lazada Live and e-commerce operations.
Able to manage multiple hosts, schedules, and performance targets effectively.
Data-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
