Live Host Perfumes cum Admin
. This position plays a dual role as the brand representative during live selling sessions and as an administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online sales through live hosting while maintaining accurate administrative support for sales and customer management.
Key Responsibilities Live Hosting (Perfume Sales)
Conduct professional and engaging live sessions on platforms such as TikTok.
Present and demonstrate perfume products effectively, highlighting features, benefits, and promotions.
Engage with customers during live sessions by answering inquiries, encouraging purchases, and maintaining a positive brand image.
Monitor sales performance during live streams and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Prepare and submit
daily sales reports
(including live sales performance and orders).
Administrative Support
Administrative Support
Learn and understand Laffume perfume products thoroughly.
Create and suggest attractive product bundles/combos for promotions.
Calculate pricing, discounts, and bundle offers quickly and accurately during live sessions.
Assist in simple order management and sales coordination.
Support the team in ensuring smooth live operations and accurate reporting.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience in live hosting, sales, or customer service roles is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable in front of the camera with a confident and professional presence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Passion for perfumes, beauty, or lifestyle products is highly desirable.

Morning Shift:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Night Shift:
3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Public Holidays (PH):
Double pay applies.
Peak Periods (e.g., Payday Sales):
Working hours may extend beyond 12:00 AM as required.
