• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
• Proven track record as a Content Creator with a strong portfolio of live streaming content, particularly on TikTok.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to engage audiences online.
• Creative mind with a deep understanding of social media trends and content creation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience in video production, editing, and utilizing social media scheduling tools.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Passion for audience engagement and community building.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or live shopping platforms is an added advantage.

ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Creation

• Develop and execute a content strategy that engages the target audience.
• Build brand awareness, and foster loyalty through high-quality, visually appealing content that utilizes storytelling.
• Produce trend-driven TikTok videos and experiment with diverse styles to increase visibility, drive organic growth, and keep content engaging.
• Interact with TikTok followers, monitor comments and trends.
• Cultivate a sense of community to encourage meaningful interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed output targets while producing high-quality, brand-aligned content.

Live Streaming

• Host engaging live streams on TikTok to showcase and promote company products.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and fostering a welcoming community.
• Drive sales by effectively demonstrating products, addressing inquiries, and providing clear calls to action.

Performance Management & Collaboration

• Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for growth and optimization.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance live streaming efforts and overall social media strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content themes that promote upcoming live sessions and promotional campaigns.
• Regularly report on progress and provide updates on key performance indicators.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Company.
