Position: Live Host Cum Content Creator
Working Days: Tuesday - Sunday (Monday Off)
Working Hours: Flexible
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,200
Location: No. 100, Jalan 3/7, Taman Intan Perdana, 71050 Port Dickson

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

: Plan, produce, and edit creative digital content (photos, videos, graphics) for the company's social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing strategy. Draft engaging scripts and concepts to boost audience engagement while adhering to copyright laws and company guidelines.

2. Live Hosting

: Conduct live sessions on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Present product information in an engaging and persuasive manner. Interact actively with viewers, answer questions, and promote products in a friendly approach.

3. Social Media Management

: Schedule and upload content according to the marketing calendar. Monitor comments, messages, and customer feedback across all platforms. Analyze content performance and propose improvements based on data. Research current trends and recommend new content ideas to increase reach and engagement.

4. Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Team

: Coordinate with the team to understand campaign objectives and promotional strategies. Assist in producing additional marketing materials such as digital posters or promotional videos. Support offline marketing activities if required.

5. Compliance & Operational Support

: Uphold a professional and positive image in all interactions, online or offline. Adhere to data security and customer information guidelines. Handle additional or ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management. Provide full cooperation with the team and be flexible to work beyond normal hours if required by operations.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of experience in live hosting, social media management, or content creation (fresh graduates with strong creativity are encouraged to apply)
2. Proficiency in video editing, photo editing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
3. Confident personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Understanding of current social media trends, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
