Job Description

This role involves presenting products, engaging with live audiences, answering questions, and driving sales through interactive live sessions and short-form videos. Responsibilities also include planning and scripting content, staying updated on social media trends, and collaborating with marketing teams to boost brand visibility and e-commerce sales. Key Responsibilities

Live Streaming:

Hosting interactive live sessions to promote products or services, demonstrate features, and directly interact with viewers.

Content Creation:

Producing short-form video content (like TikToks or Reels) to support campaigns and create engagement.

Audience Engagement:

Responding to live comments, answering questions, and fostering a fun and informative atmosphere during streams.

Sales & Marketing:

Persuading audiences to make purchases, promoting special offers, and working with marketing teams to drive e-commerce sales.

Trend Awareness:

Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform features to enhance content and visibility.

Technical Setup:

Ensuring livestream equipment, such as lighting and sound, is ready and professional for live sessions.

E-commerce Management:

Monitoring and managing products, prices, and inventory on platforms like TikTok Shop.
Key Skills & Qualities

Camera Confidence:

Being comfortable and energetic in front of a camera.

Strong Communication:

Excellent communication skills in languages like English and Bahasa Malaysia to connect with a diverse audience.

Creativity:

Developing creative content ideas and engaging live show formats.

Social Media Savvy:

A deep understanding of platform features, trends, and user behavior on platforms like TikTok.

Product Knowledge:

The ability to quickly learn and understand the key selling points of products.

Proactive & Flexible:

A willingness to support team objectives and adapt to new duties as needed.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
