Job Responsibilities:

Live Hosting & Content Support

Conduct

live sessions

(Facebook, TikTok, Shopee) to introduce Teemi products and engage audiences. Demonstrate key product features with enthusiasm. Assist in creating short videos for the brand's social platforms. Respond to live comments, highlight promotions, and build engagement with the audience. Work closely with the marketing team to align in-store promotions with online content.

Retail & Customer Experience

Deliver warm, professional, and attentive

customer service

to parents and children. Provide accurate product recommendations and uphold Teemi's brand values. Manage stock display, restocking, and basic store operations. Maintain a welcoming, child-friendly atmosphere that makes families feel comfortable. Support in-store campaigns, product launches, and community events.

Requirements:

Confident speaking

on camera

and interacting with customers in person. Outgoing, friendly, and

comfortable around children

. Able to present and explain products clearly in

English, BM,

and preferably Mandarin. Basic understanding of social media trends. Prior retail or live streaming experience is an advantage, but not required. Responsible, punctual, and

able to work weekends and public holidays.
