Key Responsibilities :

1) Live Host

Drive Sales Through Live Streaming: Act as the face of the brand during live sessions with the goal of generating sales, converting viewers into customers, and meeting daily/weekly sales targets. Product Showcasing: Present, demonstrate, and explain products in a persuasive and entertaining way to highlight features, benefits, and promotional offers. Sales Pitching: Craft compelling sales pitches tailored to the live audience and product category to boost urgency and purchase intent (e.g., "limited-time offer", "only a few left", etc.). Customer Engagement: Engage actively with viewers by responding to questions, handling objections, and encouraging conversions through real-time interaction. Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend complementary products to increase average order value during live streams. Promotion Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, flash sales, exclusive live discounts, and seasonal promotions effectively. Conversion Tracking: Monitor live stream metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, conversion rate, and sales performance to improve future live selling strategies. Live Analytics & Feedback: Gather insights from live sessions (e.g., audience behavior, frequently asked questions, objections) to optimize future content and sales techniques.

Talent:

Serve as the on-screen personality and brand ambassador in videos, photoshoots, and marketing campaigns. Portray the brand's image and values with confidence, professionalism, and creativity. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, script, and perform in promotional or lifestyle content. Participate in short-form video content (e.g., reels, TikTok trends) to keep the brand relevant and relatable. Be adaptable in taking on different characters, moods, and presentation styles as needed for campaigns. Maintain personal grooming, style, and stage presence that align with the brand's identity

Requirements:

Proven experience as a host, content creator, influencer, or similar role. Comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of live streaming platforms and content creation tools (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, OBS Studio, etc.). Creative mindset with the ability to come up with engaging content ideas. Basic video editing skills are a plus. Fluency in [language(s)] as per target audience. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on live streaming schedules.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
