About 360 Haircare

360 Haircare is a Malaysian premium haircare brand powered by honey and backed by science. We create trichologist-informed haircare products and sell via TikTok Shop, Shopee and our website. We're looking for a confident, camera-ready Live Host to represent our brand on livestreams from our office in Cyberjaya.

Role Overview

You will be the "face" of 360 Haircare on TikTok Live - engaging viewers, explaining products, answering questions, and driving sales in real time. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking, is comfortable on camera, and enjoys selling in a fun but structured way.

Key Responsibilities

Host

live sessions

on TikTok and/or Shopee from our office according to the schedule given. Introduce and explain 360 Haircare products clearly, including benefits, usage and routines. Engage with viewers: answer questions, respond to comments, and keep the energy high. Follow internal

scripts, key talking points, and promos

, while adding your own natural personality. Demonstrate products (texture, usage, before/after, etc.) in a professional and brand-safe way. Work towards

daily/weekly sales targets

during live sessions. Coordinate with the marketing and ops team on live schedule, product focus, promos and stock. Provide simple post-live reports/feedback (what worked, FAQs, customer objections).
Requirements

Comfortable speaking and presenting

on camera

for long durations (3 hours per session). Strong communication in

Bahasa Malaysia

&

English

. Confident, energetic, and able to keep a livestream lively even with low traffic. Interest in

beauty / haircare

is a plus (training will be provided). Sales-minded - you enjoy convincing customers and closing sales. Able to work

full-time on-site in Cyberjaya

, including some nights/weekends/public holiday shifts depending on campaign periods. Prior experience as a live host / promoter / sales associate is an advantage, but not compulsory if you're a fast learner and confident on camera.

What We Offer
