Live Host

to represent our brand across live streaming platforms. The ideal candidate has solid on-camera presence and is comfortable presenting topics related to

property investment, banking, mortgage refinancing, and debt consolidation

.

This role involves educating our audience, promoting our services, and building trust through engaging, informative, and professional live sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Host

live sessions

on social media/video platforms (TikTok, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube, etc.) Engage with live viewers: answer questions, handle objections, and guide them through our services. Work with the marketing team to create scripts, talking points, and product campaigns. Drive audience conversion through clear communication and call-to-action strategies. Maintain a professional image consistent with financial and property industry standards. Analyse live performance metrics and provide suggestions for improvement. Generate leads from live & content and follow up potential leads.

Requirements

Experience as a live host

, presenter, streamer, or content creator (financial/property niche is a plus). Strong communication skills and confidence in front of the camera. Basic understanding of property financing, bank loans, refinance, and debt consolidation concepts (training will be provided). Ability to simplify complex financial topics for the audience. Willingness to appear on camera regularly. Fluent in Bahasa (Bonus: English/Mandarin depending on your market). High energy, persuasive, and good at audience engagement.

Nice-to-Have

Background in banking, real estate, mortgage broking, or financial advisory. Experience generating leads or sales through live hosting. Familiarity with TikTok Live and short-form content creation.
