KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily TikTok Livestream Hosting

Host

3-hour TikTok Live sessions

(5 days a week). Present products clearly, confidently & engagingly. Keep energy high and maintain viewer interest throughout. Respond to comments, explain benefits & push sales.

2. Sales & KPI Performance

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs: Views Engagement Conversion/sales Use persuasive communication & strong CTAs. Strategically highlight benefits & create urgency to buy.

3. On-Camera Presentation

Maintain neat, attractive & professional appearance at all times. Confident, expressive, and charismatic on camera. Strong articulation, good pacing & natural charm.

4. Live Preparation & Planning

Understand product features, benefits & common FAQs. Plan storyline, hooks & selling strategies before going live. Prepare set-up: props, lighting, angles & product display. Brainstorm creative live ideas with the team.

5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with media, marketing & fulfilment teams. Support content shoots when needed. Adapt quickly to team directions & fast-paced workflow.

6. Light Editing (If Needed)

Simple cuts/editing for live highlight clips (CapCut). Help prepare short promotional content related to live.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in live hosting is a plus (TikTok/IG/FB).

Well-spoken, confident, charismatic & comfortable talking on camera.

Attractive personality & good on-camera presence. Sales-oriented mindset -- enjoys selling & engaging viewers. Disciplined, punctual, committed & responsible. Creative, spontaneous & always full of ideas. Able to work in a team and follow company workflow. Basic CapCut editing (for occasional use).

Salary:

RM1,500/month + Commission

Work Days:

5 days work / 2 days off

Live Duration:

3 hours per day
