KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Host Daily Livestreams

Host

3-hour TikTok Live sessions

(5 days per week). Engage viewers confidently with high energy & clear communication. Present products with proper flow, clarity & persuasion. Maintain audience interest to increase engagement & conversions.

2. Sales-Focused Communication

Support company KPIs: views, engagement & sales conversion. Promote products persuasively using strong hooks & selling points. Respond to comments, objections & questions effectively. Build trust and rapport with viewers throughout the live.

3. On-Camera Appearance & Presence

Maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance during live. Confident, expressive & comfortable being the face of the brand. Strong voice projection, natural charm & good articulation.

4. Live Preparation & Planning

Study product knowledge before going live. Brainstorm ideas & live strategies with the team. Suggest improvements based on viewer behaviour & performance. Prepare props, lighting setup & product display.

5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with media, operations & fulfilment teams. Support team tasks when needed (indoor/outdoor shoots). Participate in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.

6. Light Editing (If Needed)

Basic editing for clips/highlights using CapCut (only when required). Assist in preparing short content related to live hosting.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree student looking for internship placement.

Well-spoken, charismatic & confident speaking on camera.

Attractive personality & maintains good personal appearance. Petah bercakap & able to hold conversation with viewers naturally. Sales-driven mindset & comfortable promoting products. Discipline, punctuality & strong commitment to daily live schedule. Creative thinker with fresh ideas for live sessions. Able to work in a team & follow company workflow. Basic editing skills (CapCut) -- for light tasks only.

Allowance:

RM1,500/month
