Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Responding to guest inquiries and providing information about the local area, amenities, and events
Handling reservations, bookings, and any guest issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless operations and a high level of customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or tourism industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer situations
Proficiency in English and the local language (Bahasa Malaysia)
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
