Position: Live Host
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000 + Commission + Incentives
Working Hours: Flexible, based on schedule
Location: Kajang, Selangor

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to lead TikTok live streaming sessions, manage sales processes, and support marketing initiatives.
This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for social media, and the ability to engage audiences effectively to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Streaming Management (TikTok)

Host live streaming sessions on TikTok for product promotions and sales. Engage actively with viewers to create an exciting and interactive live experience. Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries during live sessions. Ensure live sessions remain attractive to boost viewers and conversions.

2. Sales Management & Coordination

Present product information clearly, creatively, and persuasively. Manage customer orders generated during live sessions. Support marketing campaigns to increase overall sales performance.

3. Content Creation & Sharing

Contribute ideas and create simple content for social media, including scripts or concepts for live sessions. Assist in preparing promotional materials as directed by management.

4. Performance Monitoring & Improvement

Monitor live session performance such as sales, traffic, and audience engagement. Provide feedback and suggest strategies to improve sales results and customer interaction.

5. Ad Hoc Tasks

Execute additional duties as assigned by management based on company needs.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

Passionate about social media, especially TikTok, with a good understanding of live streaming trends. Creative, proactive, and sales-driven mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours according to the live streaming schedule.
