Requirements

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in live streaming on various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Live). will be more focus on TikTok platform.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and interact with online audiences effectively.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to showcase products in an appealing and informative manner.
• Ability to acquire and maintain in-depth product knowledge related to IT and hardware.
• Basic sales skills to promote and sell products during live streams.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Terengganu.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on various social media platforms to promote and sell IT and hardware products.
• Engage with the audience in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's IT and hardware products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and rehearse scripts, product presentations, and demonstrations to ensure a professional and engaging live streaming experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to drive sales through live streaming.
• Track and analyze live streaming performance metrics, such as viewership, engagement, and sales conversions, to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in live streaming, social media, and IT/hardware products to enhance the effectiveness of live broadcasts.
