Requirements

• Able to clearly present product features, demonstrate usage, share reviews or personal experiences, and actively engage with the audience.
• Possess a pleasant appearance and confident personality.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and able to understand English.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and sales skills.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Comfortable using technology and basic broadcasting tools or equipment.
• Willing to learn, with a positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines and sales targets.
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or live selling is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Host LIVE streams on our marketplace platform to showcase products and engage with customers in an interactive and lively manner.
• Create engaging and creative content to promote products and increase sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product inventory and sales trends to guide LIVE stream content and recommendations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and comments during streams.
• Regularly review and evaluate LIVE session performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
