• Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively engage with a diverse audience during live sessions.
• Demonstrate strong customer service abilities to address viewer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive and interactive environment.
• Exhibit problem-solving skills to handle unexpected technical difficulties or content-related challenges that may arise during live broadcasts.
• Manage time effectively to adhere to scheduled broadcast times and maintain a consistent and engaging presentation throughout each session.
• Display strong guest relations skills, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable during live interviews or collaborative segments.
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and audience feedback during live broadcasts to optimize engagement and maintain viewer interest.
• Collaborate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth and professional live broadcasts.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance suitable for representing the Sheilashaari Trading brand during live broadcasts.
• Familiarity with advertising and marketing principles to subtly promote products and campaigns during live sessions.

Responsibilities

• Host live streams on social media platforms to promote products and engage with the audience.
• Prepare and rehearse content for live streams, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and interactive segments.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and creative live stream concepts and campaigns.
• Maintain a positive and professional image while representing the company and its products during live streams.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future streams.
• Manage time effectively to ensure live streams start and end on schedule, while maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues during live streams.
