Requirements

• Knowledge: Candidate should have knowledge of how to wear contact lenses.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience: Previous experience in hosting live events, webinars, or any on-camera roles is highly preferred.
• Charisma and Confidence: Strong on-camera presence with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and interact with the audience effectively.
• Social Media Savvy: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly regarding live streaming.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with live streaming tools, software, and equipment; basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues.
• Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to real-time changes during a live broadcast.
• Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and engaging content ideas to captivate audiences.
• Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering a positive experience for viewers.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by live event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Host Live Events: Lead and manage live streaming sessions on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) with the goal of engaging and retaining the audience.
• Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and schedule live sessions, ensuring that content aligns with brand goals and messaging.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, responding to comments, and maintaining a lively and engaging atmosphere.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase and explain products or services during live streams, highlighting key features, benefits, and usage tips.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor viewer metrics during and after live sessions, such as engagement rates, viewership numbers, and audience feedback, to optimize future streams.
• Technical Setup: Ensure that all technical aspects of the live stream (camera, microphone, lighting, and internet connection) are set up correctly for a smooth broadcast.
• Brand Representation: Act as a spokesperson for the brand, maintaining a professional demeanor and upholding the company's values and image at all times.
