Title: Live Host & Recruitment Officer

Location: Johor Bahru - Tampoi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

Host TikTok / Facebook Live sessions (including night hours from home) to promote job opportunities Manage all company social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram etc.) -- posting content, replying enquiries & monitoring engagement Engage with audience, answer questions, and encourage applications Create short recruitment content/videos with the team Post job ads and manage candidate sourcing (Indeed, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp groups) Shortlist candidates for interview sessions conducted by senior recruitment officers Liaise with senior recruitment officers
Requirements:

Male/Female, age 18-40 Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of camera Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification Social media savvy, fresh graduates welcome (training provided) Responsible, organized, able to work in fast-paced environment Able to work from home during night hours for live hosting Must be immediately available with resume ready
Working Hours:

Office hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday) Additional night live sessions from home when required
Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: RM2,200 - RM2,800/month (based on experience) EPF & SOCSO included Hostel accommodation available if needed OT (Overtime) available Training provided & career growth opportunities
