Requirements

• Experience hosting live streams on TikTok or similar platforms (preferred).
• Excellent camera presence-confident, energetic, and engaging.
• Knowledge of TikTok trends and features (preferred).
• Familiarity with TikTok live streaming tools (preferred).
• Passionate about fashion, footwear, or lifestyle products.
• Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends during peak periods).
• Part-time or full-time, depending on your live streaming schedule.

Responsibilities
Host daily/regular TikTok live streams

• Live stream on TikTok
• Engage your audience to maintain high viewership and engagement rates.
• Clearly showcase products-highlight features, pricing, comfort, sizing, and styling tips.

Drive Sales with TikTok Live

• Actively promote products during live broadcasts and guide viewers on how to purchase.
• Use appropriate techniques to boost sales in real time.
• Pay attention to audience questions and respond immediately.

Content Preparation and Planning

• Understand daily product highlights, promotions, and scripts.

Brand Presentation

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and authentic tone consistent with your brand image.
• Consistently represent your brand in all live broadcasts to enhance its reputation.

Performance Tracking and Feedback

• Review live broadcast analytics (viewership, engagement, conversion rate) and share feedback with the team to improve future live broadcasts.
