About the role

As a Live Host Supervisor at Cuura Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing a team of live hosts who are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through dynamic and engaging sales presentations. This full-time position is based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of the company.

What you'll be doing

Live hosting at studio (IN HOUSE) Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the live host team to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance Providing coaching, training and mentorship to live hosts to develop their sales and presentation skills Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement Collaborating with the sales management team to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations Fostering a positive and motivational work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity Analysing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales supervisor or team leader role, preferably in the live sales or customer service industry Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both customers and colleagues Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, and problem-solving Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
