Responsibilities

Host

engaging TikTok and Shopee Live sessions

to promote baking and kitchen products.

Present and demonstrate

products clearly -- show size, material, usage, benefits, and comparisons.

Engage with viewers

in real time: answer questions, demo products, upsell and close sales. Apply

strong sales and persuasion techniques

to drive add-to-cart and checkout conversions.

Encourage audience interaction

-- likes, follows, and purchases during live sessions. Explain product features, usage tips, and care instructions to help customers make purchase decisions.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams

to plan live topics, promo structures, and product sequences. Prepare

talking points, product bundles, and offers

before each live session. Work towards

daily and weekly sales targets

. Provide feedback and suggest improvements for future live content, flow, or offers. Maintain

professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive brand image

throughout all live sessions.

Dress neatly and maintain a presentable on-camera appearance.

Stay up to date with

social media and live-selling trends

to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification

in any field.

Minimum 1 year of experience

in hosting e-commerce or social media livestreams (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, etc.).

Strong communication and selling skills

-- confident, persuasive, and engaging on camera. Comfortable hosting without full script dependency and explaining product details clearly.

High-energy, sales-driven personality

with the ability to convert viewers into buyers. Familiar with

TikTok and Shopee Live features

(e.g. pin, vouchers, CTA, coins).

Fluent in Malay and English

(both verbal and written).

Neat, camera-friendly, and professional

appearance.

Able to host multiple live sessions daily

and meet performance targets.

Energetic, positive, and adaptable

-- willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and campaign periods. Experience in

baking, kitchenware, or lifestyle products

is an added advantage.

PASSIONATE IN BAKING

will be an extra point. Live sessions are to be conducted fully on-site at the office.
