Job Description
Host and manage live streams, ensuring their smooth execution and monitoring effectiveness.
Interact with viewers, present products and services, address queries, and maintain a lively atmosphere to drive traffic and engagement.
Create creative content according to trends.
Update content daily.
Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and industry happenings.
Prepare all the equipment before starting live.
Add new product at Tiktok shop platform.
Responsible to response all the chat/complains from customers.
Requirements:
Experienced in handling Tiktok platform
Proficient in using Tiktok shop
Passionate about the product
Editing skills using Capcut / other editing apps
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia
Highlight:
