LIVE PLANNING & MANAGEMENT
- Plan, organize and manage live streaming schedules in line with marketing and sales campaigns
- Define live themes, scripts, product sequences and objectives for each session
- Ensure all technical setups (equipment, internet, platform tools) are ready before going live
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Lead and coordinate live hosts, moderators, technical crew and support teams
- Provide training, guidance and performance evaluations for the live team
- Ensure hosts maintain professionalism, brand image and effective communication during live sessions
LIVE OPERATIONS & EXECUTION
- Monitor live sessions in real time to ensure smooth execution
- Handle and resolve technical or operational issues during live broadcasts
PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING
- Track and analyze live performance KPIs such as views, engagement, conversion rate, sales and watch time
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvement strategies
- Analyze platforms trends and competitor live strategies
SALES & MARKETING STRATEGY
- Develop live selling strategies, promotions, exclusive offers and sales scripts
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce and content teams to support campaigns
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand positioning
COMPLIANCE & BRAND GOVERNANCE
- Ensure live content complies with platform policies and company guidelines
- Maintain ethical standards, appropriate language and brand reputation throughout live sessions

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
