Job Description
Responsibilities:
Monitor and moderate live streams, chats, and comments in real time Enforce community guidelines and platform rules during live sessions Remove inappropriate content, spam, or abusive language promptly Manage audience interactions, including muting, blocking, or warning users when necessary Support hosts by highlighting relevant questions and comments Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging environment for viewers Escalate serious issues or violations to the relevant team Prepare moderation reports after live sessions when required
Requirements / Skills:
Strong communication and judgment skills Ability to make quick, fair decisions under pressure Familiarity with live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, YouTube Live, Instagram Live, etc.) Basic understanding of online community standards Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Conditions (optional):
May require shift work, including evenings or weekends Fast-paced, real-time working environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
