Key ResponsibilitiesLive Streaming & Sales Hosting

Host live streams focused on

motorcycle helmets & riding accessories

Confidently explain helmet models, features, and differences (e.g. ventilation, safety standards, comfort, fit) Promote accessories such as visors, intercoms, pads, liners, gloves, and riding gear Maintain an engaging, energetic, and trustworthy on-screen presence

Product Knowledge & Demonstration

Demonstrate helmets and accessories live (wearing, opening visors, padding, weight, mechanisms) Explain

helmet sizing, fitment, and riding use cases

(daily commute, touring, highway, sport riding) Highlight certifications, safety features, and value propositions clearly Compare models when viewers ask (entry vs premium, daily vs touring, etc.)

Customer Interaction & Conversion

Actively engage viewers via live chat Answer product-related questions accurately and confidently Recommend suitable products based on viewer needs Encourage viewers to follow the page, stay in live, and make purchases Push promotions, bundle deals, or limited-time offers during live

Brand & Professionalism

Represent the brand professionally at all times Follow brand guidelines, scripts, and campaign objectives Use correct product names and information Maintain a friendly, respectful, and sales-focused tone

Operational Support

Ensure livestream setup is ready before going live Flag stock issues, common questions, or viewer feedback Report technical or platform issues during the session

Requirements

Comfortable and confident speaking on camera Good communication skills (English / Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus) Willing to learn

Sales-oriented mindset (not shy to close or push offers) Able to work flexible hours, including nights if required

Preferred / Advantage

Experience selling helmets, motorcycle gear, or retail products Prior TikTok Live / Shopee Live / Facebook Live experience Interest in motorcycles, riding culture, or safety gear Ability to handle long live sessions professionally

Training Provided

Product training (helmets, accessories, sizing & fitment) Sales scripts and live-stream flow guidance Ongoing support and performance feedback
