Requirements

• Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
• 1-2 years of experience in live e-commerce or related fields. Team management experience is a plus.
• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of live e-commerce operations and familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Facebook Live.
• Proficiency in ad placement and data analysis, with the ability to optimize based on insights.
• Creative mindset for planning engaging live-stream content and campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and build systems from the ground up.
• Able to work in weekend and public holiday.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement live-stream strategy based on market trends and company goals.
• Optimize live stream processes to maximize audience engagement.
• Lead and manage the live-stream team, providing training and support to enhance content quality and professionalism.
• Plan and execute precise ad placement strategies to boost traffic and improve ad performance.
• Monitor key live stream performance metrics (e.g., viewership, lead, conversion rates), analyze data, and suggest optimization strategies.
