Live Stream Operator

Job Description
- Strong interest in the live streaming industry, with excellent communication and audience interaction skills
- Proficiency in data analysis to improve live content based on metrics
- Previous experience in live streaming control or operations is preferred
- Proven experience managing the entire live stream process, including technical setup, event coordination, and post-event analysis.
- Proficiency with live streaming platforms and software, such as TIKTOK, or similar tools.
- Guide the live streaming process, interact with viewers, and enhance the live streaming atmosphere
- Analyze live streaming data, improve content, and boost audience engagement
- Responsible for pre-live preparation, including adjusting lighting and other equipment
- Plan and execute live streaming events, including scheduling, setup, and technical coordination.
- Collaborate with content creators, hosts, and presenters to ensure their needs are met and that the content aligns with organizational goals.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in live streaming to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our broadcasts.
