Live Streamer responsibilities include going live on social media platforms, producing marketing copy to advertise our products, and promoting our content on social media. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with live engagement on social media, digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business. Please share samples of your work (portfolio or links to published articles) along with your application. Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products. Essential Functions:
- To perform content planning & prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Knowledge in using Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook & other social media platforms & editing apps.
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Going \xe2\x80\x98Live\xe2\x80\x99 on social media platform to promote the business.
- Create authentic, beautiful engaging social media content
- Able to create & edit own videos
- Research to resolve problems promptly and courteously
- Respond to customer concerns/questions in a professional manner
- Make safe and appropriate oily recommendations to customers when asked
- Stay updated on brand product knowledge
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
- Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs in relation to the company and publish content to cater those needs
- Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
- Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
- Proven work experience as a Live Streamer, Content Creator or similar role
- Portfolio of published works
- Excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills in English
- An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
- Time-management skills
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in mass communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, or relevant field
- Ability to retain engagement in \xe2\x80\x98Live\xe2\x80\x99 social media session
- Knowledgeable in aromatherapy and essential oils - being an aromatherapist or possessing any aromatherapy certification is a bonus.
