Key Responsibilities:
Host live streaming sessions on platforms like Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, or Facebook Live to showcase and sell products.
Engage with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and creating an interactive shopping experience.
Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions.
Drive sales by encouraging customers to purchase through persuasive selling techniques.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content, scripts, and promotional strategies.
Monitor live performance metrics and optimize engagement and conversions.
Stay updated on trends in live commerce and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Confident and charismatic personality with strong public speaking skills.
Experience in hosting, sales, or content creation is an advantage.
Ability to think on your feet and handle live audience interactions.
Basic knowledge of the products being promoted.
Familiarity with live streaming platforms like Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, etc.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (or other languages as required).
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Preferred Skills:
Sales and marketing experience.
Social media engagement skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
