- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing live streaming sessions (mainly on TikTok) to drive sales.
- Provide training to live hosts, manage schedules, handle salary calculation, and resolve urgent issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to develop engaging live scripts and promotion mechanics.
- Monitor, record, and analyze live performance metrics.
- Build and manage relationships with affiliate live creators to achieve monthly affiliate sales target.
- Support additional tasks as assigned.
