Job Description
- Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English speaking is a requirement for this role;
- Flexibility with working hours is a key requirement;
- Bubbly and outgoing personality with a sense of fashion;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (not camera-shy);
- Able to captivate, engage and interact with audience in a real-time setting.
- Responsible for program hosting and managing live streaming and monitoring its effectiveness.
- Plan and create content, script, and program flow for live streaming.
- Drive traffic and engagement through interacting with viewers, presenting products & services, attending to queries, and leading the overall flow of the live stream in a brisk and lively mode.
- Develop creative ways to enhance and improve production workflow.
- Strive to achieve the target, and improve viewer engagement and experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok trends and best practices, and apply them to content creation.
