Monitor key performance metrics of livestream shows, and generate post-campaign reports for actionable improvement.
Analyse performance of livestream; come up with suggestions and proactive solutions in improving the commercials of livestream shows
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of livestream marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with key business objectives and topline growth targets
Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Business Development, KOLs, Affiliates and Product) to develop and run engaging, high-impact livestream campaigns that drive user engagement and sales
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage setup requirements for campaign assets, vouchers, and coins requests.
Coordinate livestream scheduling and maintain strong working relationships between Shopee Business Development teams, and key on-air talents (including Hosts, KOLs, and Affiliates), ensuring clear and consistent communication at all times
Support livestream production by assisting with production curation, SKU selection and performance analysis to drive commercial growth for the business.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree, background in marketing or business management preferred
Fresh graduates with an interest in e-Commerce; or 1-2 years of work experience in a Marketing role (experience in e-Commerce, telco, FMCG, or previous experience executing front-end app changes preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Sheets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and partners
Experience in data analysis is preferred
Good project management skills: able to cascade and manage timelines so all deliverables required for executions are completed on schedule
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Able to support execution of livestreams outside regular working hours
Familiar with navigating popular e-commerce & livestreaming platforms
