Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live chat and comments in real-time during livestream sessions. Enforce community rules by removing spam, offensive or inappropriate comments. Respond to viewers' questions, FAQs, or direct them to relevant resources. Alert the host of any technical issues, inappropriate behavior, or emerging topics. Assist in managing live polls, games, giveaways, and shoutouts. Support a positive, welcoming, and respectful online community. Report summary insights or any incidents after each livestream.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and fast typing ability. Familiar with livestream platforms (TikTok Live, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, etc.). Able to multitask under pressure and make quick decisions. Familiarity with the brand, tone, and target audience. Tech-savvy; basic troubleshooting knowledge is a plus. Previous moderation or community management experience is preferred. Reliable internet connection and availability during scheduled streams.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
