supports the planning, setup, execution, and monitoring of all JAM livestreams across TikTok, Lazada, KOL channels, non-KOL hosts, and brand IP accounts.
This role ensures livestreams run smoothly, hosts are prepared, schedules are followed, and all operational elements are executed with discipline and consistency.
It's an execution-heavy, detail-oriented role for someone who is organised, reliable and passionate about livestream commerce.
Assist in preparing weekly livestream schedules
Coordinate host availability, replacements, and call times
Ensure all planned livestream hours are fulfilled
Communicate updates to BD, Projects Team, Hosts & Controllers
2. Livestream Preparation & Setup
Ensure livestream rooms are prepared (lighting, audio, devices, props)
Assist hosts in preparing product displays before each session
Check that links, product carts, promo info & captions are correct
Ensure backup devices & internet setup are ready
3. Livestream Monitoring
Monitor livestreams to ensure SOPs are followed
Check hosting quality, flow, and technical performance
Flag issues immediately to Ops Manager or Controllers
Track start/end time, breaks, delays, and technical issues
4. Coordination with Hosts & Controllers
Brief hosts on daily schedules & changes
Support Controllers during live (product sequencing, prop changes, reminders)
Ensure hosts follow correct script, promo structure & CTA points
Collect feedback and pass it to Projects/Performance teams
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily logs:
hours completed
host attendance
issues encountered
studio utilisation
Update dashboards or Google Sheets for tracking
Prepare simple performance summaries after livestreams
6. SOP Implementation
Follow livestream SOPs consistently
Ensure the studio is clean, organised, and ready for next sessions
Propose improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
Requirements
1-3 years in livestream ops, events, coordination, admin, or similar roles
Fresh grads welcomed if detail-oriented & proactive
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Comfortable communicating with hosts, BD, and internal teams
Interest in TikTok Shop, Lazada Live, livestream content
Basic understanding of social media and e-commerce workflows
Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
