Job Description

Pre-Production

Attend client or internal product/service training sessions. Fully understand the project direction, objectives, and expected outcomes. Gain comprehensive knowledge of the client's products or services. Clearly identify and understand the key selling points of the products or services. Review, supervise, and ensure the quality of all content and scripts created by the Live Host. Review, supervise, and ensure the livestream project flow aligns with project requirements. Prepare and manage the Live Host's work schedule. Monitor to ensure livestream reminders or live events are scheduled and published on time. Maintain close communication and collaboration with the Live Host and Production team. Support and participate in any ad-hoc assignments as required.

Production

Ensure the Live Host sets up the studio and all necessary equipment before the livestream begins. Monitor and maintain a stable internet connection throughout the livestream. Oversee and ensure consistent high-quality livestream video output. Assist the Live Host in managing and executing live broadcasts on the TikTok platform. Support the Live Host in following the session rundown, promoting, and selling products or services according to the approved content and script. Monitor and manage livestream sessions to ensure timelines and durations stay on track. Collect audience feedback during livestreams and communicate it to the Live Host for timely responses. Operate and manage the channel management system during livestream sessions. Forecast and manage product inventory for livestream sessions. Ensure effective audience engagement and interaction during livestreams through verbal and text communication. Assist the Live Host in managing audience messages and text interactions. Handle and resolve any issues or unexpected situations that arise during the livestream.

Post-Production

Prepare and submit post-livestream reports to the Project Lead, including: Sales reports Engagement reports Analyze and provide insights and findings on livestream performance.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
