To expand our presence on social media, we are looking for an experienced Livestream Operations Specialist. : -Responsible for the company\'s live streaming and video production on YouTube. -Develop and implement live streaming plans, including content and schedule. -Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth progress of live streaming and respond promptly to any problems. -Evaluate the effectiveness of live streaming and user feedback based on data analysis and provide corresponding improvement suggestions. -Monitor and analyze data from live streaming platforms, develop and implement optimization strategies to improve user conversion and retention rates. -Collaborate with other teams to promote the company\'s development on social media. Job Requirements: -5.5 working days. -Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing. -Diploma, Degree in Mass Communication/ New Media Marketing/ Social Media Marketing, or any relevant fields. -At least 1 year of experience in live stream operations and familiarity with social media platforms, especially YouTube. -We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us. -Proficient in using live streaming software and familiar with video production processes. -Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with other departments and teams. -Ability to develop complementary operation strategies based on data analysis to improve live streaming effectiveness. -Able to handle a certain amount of work pressure and have good time management skills.
