Hosting daily online live streaming through Tiktok social media platforms for 1-2 sessions per day (minimum 3 hours each time), promoting products including ongoing sales and promotions.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.
Stay informed about promotions, new products, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
Ability to create creative fashionable short shopping videos for our social media platforms.
Ability to be sales-oriented, use innovative tactics, and possess excellent product knowledge to drive sales virtually through Livestreams.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
