Job Description

• Minimum 1 year experience in livestreaming, video production, or social media
• Fluent in Mandarin, with basic English communication skills
• Familiar with Facebook
• Outgoing personality, quick thinker, good at interaction and multitasking
• Able to use Canva or CapCut for basic design or editing
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented
• Willing to work overtime during livestream or peak seasons
• Able to travel overseas for livestream events or exhibitions when required

Working Hours:

• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (8 hours per day, 1 hour break)
• 5.5 working days per week (Saturday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Assist host during livestreams (product display, comment management, setup, etc.)
• Prepare and test livestream equipment (lighting, camera, mic, background, etc.)
• Manage viewer comments, tag products, and handle basic order updates
• Assist in recording and editing short videos or highlights from livestreams
• Track livestream data and provide improvement feedback
• Support content planning and promotional activities
• Willing to travel and work outstation as needed
• Self-motivated and able to perform effectively without direct supervision
