Livestreaming Operations Manager
Salary Range: RM10,000-RM15,000
Experience in Live Streaming operations, recruitment and content.

Qualifications:

• To relocate to Kuala Lumpur/Selangor
• Must be able to speak fluent English & Mandarin
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with talents or Livestreaming company
• Streaming experience and/or streaming industry knowledge
• Excellent pitching abilities
• Ability to network and maintain professional relationships
• Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills

• Manage the day to day operations of a Livestreaming company
• Participate in drafting and revising related policies of agencies/talents/influencers management, negotiating contracts, and cooperating with content partners.
• Create marketing/content strategies for streamers
• Establish and maintain relationship with agencies to constantly bring in streamers
• Establish social media strategy
• Plan competition and special events for potential marketing and PR opportunities
• Manage and collaborate daily, weekly and monthly updates with the recruitment team
• Manage a team of recruiters
• To report to CEO directly
• Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch Live streaming campaigns by following up popular topics, events, social hot issues etc.
