Execute and manage local livestream operations, including planning livestream marketing activities, product selection, livestream process control, and live room management.
Plan and deliver overall livestream content to increase engagement, conversion rates, and achieve sales targets.
Develop detailed livestream content plans, explore and package valuable content, and plan trending topics to enhance content quality.
Coordinate internally on livestream event planning (product matching, script development, data analysis, and content optimization), pre-live preparation, real-time livestream management, and post-live follow-ups.
Monitor livestream performance (traffic, fan feedback) and make timely adjustments to improve engagement and maintain operational goals.
Plan livestream marketing campaigns (e.g., daily promotions, Singles' Day, Double 12) and set attraction and conversion goals.
Troubleshoot issues during livestreams, provide feedback, and propose effective solutions.
Track and analyze livestream data, extract insights, prepare analysis reports, and continuously optimize livestream strategies to boost user activity, loyalty, and conversion rates.
Build, recruit, train, and evaluate the livestream host team; refine processes and develop departmental SOPs and guidelines.
Requirements
Good proficiency in English for work communication.
Minimum 1 year of working experience. Candidates with overseas experience or 0-1 year team-building experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience managing livestream hosts, understanding livestream hosting skills, and ability to train or incubate multiple hosts.
Strong analytical skills with high sensitivity to data and ability to solve operational problems using data insights.
Familiar with TikTok e-commerce livestreaming operations, traffic rules, and resource acquisition.
Knowledge of information flow advertising, new anchor collaboration, livestream partnerships, and service provider systems is an added advantage.
Strong logical thinking, clear communication skills, creativity, and product-driven mindset.
Able to multitask, coordinate across teams, work under pressure, and demonstrate strong responsibility and self-motivation.
