Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute all duties associated with Service Crew, Senior Service Crew, and Advanced Service Crew positions, demonstrating mastery across all operational areas. Take charge of overall outlet performance and productivity, setting clear expectations for all crew levels and motivating the team to achieve targets. Ensure all tracking forms are up to date, including machine logs, equipment logs, and temperature control logs, to maintain operational efficiency and compliance. Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of Halal File documentation and staff details documentation, including food handler certifications, Halal awareness training, Timetec records, and Typhoid vaccinations. Assist crew members in addressing audit findings, resolving stock usage discrepancies, and reconciling untallied cup and cash counts to uphold operational standards.

Requirements:

Being able to learn and teach new colleagues on the training acquired. Communication and leadership skills is also required in motivating the team. Passionate about F&B, attentive, great customer service, self motivated, honesty and adaptable to change is an added advantage. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
