Requirement :

Diploma with experience or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related study 2- 5 years experienced in Import & Export Documentation & Custom Regulations. Have knowledge in License Manufacturing Warehouse [LMW] is an advantage Familiar with manufacturing environment. Good interpersonal with excellent organizing ability. Have strong sense of urgency & proactively involved for problem solving. Proficiency in computers and office software. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving techniques
Responsibilities :

Handle LMW requirements and license renewal. Apply for additional items in the LMW material list. Manage Customer & Sub-Con GPB applications and renewals. Prepare monthly custom reports for FG, raw materials Compile yearly custom reports for FG, raw materials & etc. Import & export of machines, molds & accessories. Raw material rejects and FG returns from customers. Handle K9 and other custom-related requirements. Liaise with government authorities such as Customs, MIDA, MITI, etc. Arrange and monitor truck bookings for import & export.
